Latest Test and Measurement NewsMultiport JTAG Test Solution21 March 2012 — XJTAG has launched a multiport JTAG controller that can run boundary scan tests on up to four circuit boards at once. XJQuad is a cost-effective four-port JTAG adaptor targeted at manufacturers. Using a single USB 2.0 port on the PC it provides high speed JTAG access to allow simultaneous testing of four circuit boards, each of which can be provided with up to four JTAG Test Access Ports. Depending on the individual set-up, XJQuad allows the user to test boards together in batches, or to run the four ports independently, changing each as it finishes. The user-friendly solution allows you to carry out connection testing, in-system programming, non-JTAG device testing, serial number handling, and provides you with configurable log files for your audit trail. “XJTAG continually strives to develop the highest quality and most accessible boundary scan equipment for our clients,” said Dominic Plunkett, CTO XJTAG. “The XJQuad is a compact controller that integrates with the other tools in the XJTAG Development System to enable engineers to debug, test and program electronic circuits quickly and easily.” The XJTAG development system is a cost-effective solution for debugging, testing and programming electronic printed circuit boards and systems throughout the product lifecycle. It is used worldwide by design engineers, developers, OEMs and contract manufacturers for producing complex BGA-populated printed circuit boards and systems. www.xjtag.comRelated Articles: |
