Insulation Test System up to 30kV

05 December 2022 - EMC PARTNER AG launched a new insulation test system for impulse insulation tests from 1.2 to 50 µs and voltages from 500V to 30kV with integrated breakdown detection directly on generator or remote on the test object. The instrument features a colour touch panel control with data collection and reporting. Optional impedances up to 5kΩ.

The INS-1250 family of impulse insulation testers can be used for testing material insulation, components and electrical equipment safety in both development and production environments. The high accuracy internal or external measurement system is programmable to detect breakdown with pass/fail criteria based on voltage and current impulse integral. Personnel safety is ensured through an emergency stop, warning lamp and test cabinet, disabling high voltage circuits when activated.
