Benchtop Multi-range DC Power Supplies

07 April 2023 - B&K Precision announced the 9240 Series Multi-Range DC Power Supplies. This series combines an easy-to-use interface with advanced list programming features, battery charge mode, and data logging to serve a wide range of applications including production test, R&D, electronics servicing, and education. Consisting of three models, the 9240 Series provides up to 200 W of clean output power in a compact 2U half-rack form factor. Multi-range operation provides the maximum power at any Volt/Amp combination within the rated voltage and current limits (up to 60 V or 10 A).

The 4.3-inch display and intuitive list mode programming simplify set up and execution of complex test sequences from the front panel. Battery charge mode provides configurable charge parameters and fail-safe conditions to protect the battery under test. For added convenience, the front panel USB port can be used to save and recall instrument settings and log measurement data directly to a USB flash drive.

Offered at a starting list price of $1,225, the 9240 Series is equipped with LXI-compliant LAN and USB (USBTMC/Virtual COM) interfaces for remote control and programming. GPIB model options are available.

All models are backed by a 3-year warranty and cTUVus certified, indicating compliance with Canadian and U.S. National safety standards.
