GAOtek-Impedance_Analyzer06 January 2012 – GAO Tek Inc. is offering an impedance analyzer for efficient impedance measurement and analysis of components and circuits for design, qualification and quality control, and production testing. This easy-to-use impedance analyzer, model A0E40002, provides accurate measurement over a wide impedance range and a wide frequency range of 20 Hz to 10 MHz with a step resolution of 5 digits and features a basic impedance accuracy of 0.1%.

The analyzer performs comprehensive measurement functions including Impendance (Z), Admittance (Y), Phase Angle (θ), Reactance (X), Conductance (G), Susceptance (B), Inductance (L), Capacitance (C), Quality Factor (Q), Dissipation Factor (D) and Resistance (DCR). It also has a powerful impedance analysis function. Advanced calibration and error compensation functions are also provided to eliminate measurement error factors when performing measurements on in-fixture devices. In addition, it offers a variety of data interfaces including GPIB, RS232 and handler port making remote control straightforward. 64 Multi-step files can be saved/recalled to the internal nonvolatile memory. Circuit designers and developers can benefit from the performance and functionality offered.
