AOI System for PCBs and IC Substrates

13 January 2011 – Camtek Ltd announced the launch of the Phoenix product family: The next generation of Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) systems for the PCB and IC Substrates industry. The Phoenix product family is designed to support a broad range of the most demanding PCB and IC substrate applications, while keeping in pace with the PCB market’s dynamic technology changes.
