07 April 2026 - Yokogawa Test & Measurement Corporation announces its new 720252 1 MS/s 16-bit isolation module, featuring wide-range DC offset-adjust capability, and the 720301 power measurement module, delivering guaranteed DC/AC waveform accuracy. The new modules meet the power validation and evaluation needs of the expanding e-mobility and AI industries. The modules are compatible with Yokogawa Scope Corder systems and are targeted for markets such as E-mobility, energy storage systems and mechatronics.
03 April 2026 - A new deep‑capacity Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST) chamber capable of accommodating large multilayer PCBs and high specimen volumes is now available in the UK, as Unitemp introduces ESPEC’s latest model, the EHS‑222M‑L. The latest HAST chamber is designed specifically for organisations needing to accelerate reliability testing for AI semiconductors, data‑centre hardware, autonomous‑driving electronics and other high‑density applications.
02 April 2026 – The Test Connection Inc. (TTCI), a provider of electronic test and manufacturing solutions for more than 45 years, has added the Prime TruVision X-ray and computed tomography (CT) inspection system from Creative Electron to its engineering and analysis services. The system allows TTCI to examine the internal structure of electronic assemblies with high-resolution imaging, supporting more detailed failure analysis and process investigation for its customers.

30 March 2026 - The TDEMI Ultimate series and TDEMI ULTRA series from GAUSS INSTRUMENTS are now available with an “ultra-high resolution Persistence Mode.” Today, the Persistence Mode is typically used to detect hidden disturbances. In the traditional Persistence Mode known from conventional measurement instruments, the number of points is usually limited to 1000, and no weighting or pre-filtering is possible. The TDEMI Ultimate and TDEMI ULTRA set a new benchmark in Persistence Mode performance, offering more than 50000 parallel points and significantly higher resolution.

25 March 2026 – ANRITSU has developed the industry’s first Multi Channel Fiber Tester MT9100A, enabling transmission quality evaluation of multicore fibers supporting next-generation high-capacity optical communications. While the test solution has been offered exclusively in Japan since November 2025, Anritsu now announced its official global rollout. This test solution is based on the multi-channel OTDR method invented by Special Honorary Professor Masataka Nakazawa at Tohoku University. By synchronizing multiple Optical Time Domain Reflectometers (OTDRs), this method measures both the transmission and return losses in multicore fibers, as well as measures and visualizes the distribution of signal interference between cores (inter-core crosstalk) along the fiber length. This test solution with four OTDR channels, provides powerful support for applications such as verifying optimal installation conditions during R&D, and high-speed inspection tasks required by manufacturing.
