27 August 2025 — Rohde & Schwarz has expanded its broadband amplifier portfolio of the R&S BBA300 family with the two innovative amplifier series R&S BBA300-F for 6 to 13 GHz and R&S BBA300-FG for 6 to 18 GHz with additional power classes such as 90W, 180W and 300W. Together with the already successfully introduced broadband amplifier series R&S BBA300-CDE for 380 MHz to 6 GHz and R&S BBA300-DE for 1 to 6 GHz, Rohde & Schwarz now offers compact dual-band amplifiers covering the entire frequency range from 380 MHz to 18 GHz in 4HU desktop models only.

22 August 2025 - Pickering Interfaces announced a new family of high voltage programmable resistor modules in a compact single-slot PXI and PXIe form factor, model 40-230 (PXI) and 42-230 (PXIe), providing a simple solution for applications requiring voltage handling up to 1.2kV. Part of Pickering’s expanding range of programmable resistor modules, the new module is available in 70 standard builds, including four single-channel builds that offer a wide variety of resistance ranges and resolution capabilities, playing a pivotal role in simulating real-world resistive loads and fault conditions for high-voltage DUTs (devices-under-test) across automotive, aerospace, and energy sectors.
19 August 2025 – Audio Precision announced a significant upgrade to its APx audio analyzer series. Originally introduced in 2019 as their most affordable way to perform audio measurements, APx500 Flex now includes support for up to 16 ASIO channels. APx500 Flex previously allowed two-channel ASIO connectivity with the option to upgrade to as many as eight. The price remains unchanged, but the number of channels included increases from 2 to 16. This drives down the price per channel for budget-conscious applications.
