25 September 2024 – Test Research, Inc. (TRI) introduced the Core Features 3D AOI, TR7700QC SII, equipped with essential inspection functionalities tailored for the electronics manufacturing industry. The Core Features 3D AOI features user-friendly programming for easy setup, flexible IPC-610 inspection algorithms, optional AI-powered solutions, and compliance with the latest Smart Factory standards. Featuring a 12 MP High-Speed Camera, it offers four factory-setting configurations ranging from high-resolution 10 μm to high-speed 15 μm.
20 September 2024 - Rohde & Schwarz introduces new options for its automotive radar target simulator R&S AREG800A. The new R&S AREG-P creates and enables an environment for a seamless transition of automotive radar sensor from R&D to production. Used standalone or as turnkey solution together with NOFFZ integrating the AREG-P into their production test systems, enables Tier1 automotive radar suppliers to increase throughput, reduce test time and optimize costs of end-of-line tests.
18 September 2024 - GLIWA has integrated the UDE Universal Debug Engine from PLS Programmierbare Logik & Systeme into T1.timing. This enables the customer to analyse, validate and optimize the timing behaviour of electronic control units (ECUs) based on timing information directly collected from real hardware. GLIWA T1.timing offers a wide range of tools for investigating and optimizing the timing behavior of embedded software.
17 September 2024 - Mek (Marantz Electronics), a provider of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) technology, announces the launch of its latest product, the PowerSpector JSAz 550. This new selective 3D desktop AOI system is a larger L-size model, capable of accommodating Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) up to 550x550mm (21.7”x21.7”).
12 September 2024 – Viavi Solutions announced the first solution to address testing and validation needs of the emerging 1.6 Tb/s ecosystem based on 224G SERDES. This new testing module, the ONE-1600, is the latest addition to the company’s growing ONE LabPro platform, which also includes the HSE-800 800Gb/s test module. Designed to accommodate OSFP1600 and QSFP-DD1600 form factors, the ONE-1600 is available initially in a two-port configuration, and incorporates 224G SERDES technology.
